Be unique to achieve efficiency!

How many times have we heard statements like "I wanna be a pop star too!" or " We can all be super heros!" Now, if an economist heard that, he/she will faint. In economics, it is believed that certain resources are better at making certain things compared to others. Imagine if our whole society were commanded by the government(probably a authoritarian government if they micro manage and poke their noses into the minute details...) to be teachers... However, a certain percentage of our society are actually qualified to be rocket scientists. But here they are, being teachers... Isn't it a waste of their talent? In the same way, let us look at real life examples... With the rising Kpop music industry, many people want to be pop stars too. They are blinded by the fame, fortune & popularity (or they did not learn the economics theory of opportunity cost :/) that they do not realise that they might not actually be suited for the job in the media industry... By pushing to get into the media industry, they are actually inducing increased opportunity costs resulting in inefficiency. They might be wasting their talents & abilities that might bring them to greater heights! We are all made different and unique, with different strengths. So, we should be proud of our different talents and just dare to be different!

Let us see what does the bible say about being unique and different...
"The eye cannot say to the hand, " I don't need you!" And the head cannot say to the feet, "I don't need you!" On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, and the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no diversion in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, ever part rejoices with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it."
